(February 20, 2008) JSAT Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kiyoshi Isozaki) today announced its wholly owned subsidiary JSAT International Inc. (�JII�; Chairman & CEO: Toru Mizoguchi) has completed the relocation of its headquarters to Washington, D.C., as follows.

In July 2007, JII initiated a temporary move from Los Angeles to Bethesda on the outskirts of Washington, D.C. and after transferring its operations completed a full move of headquarters to Washington, D.C.

JII successfully launched the Horizons-2 satellite at the end of 2007, with services commencing February 2008. Further expansion of business activities is planned.
