Point-to-Multipoint (Broadcast) Connectivity
Point-to-Multipoint connectivity is used to broadcast information from one uplink to multiple downlinks.
In Point-to-Multipoint connectivity, there is only on transmission on the uplink and downlink, since remote sites are in the receive-only mode.
Adding receive-only sites does not impact the size of the uplink unless the network is also used to forward information to individual locations over the broadcast.
