Preemtable Transponder Service

A Preemtable transponder may be taken from the user under a number of pre-agreed conditions.

Most typically, it is used to restore service to a protected transponder service customer.
- There may be other circumstances under which preemption is possible, but this would be clearly defined in the service agreement or contract.
